the contact information from an existing database

# Connect
CONNECT is a revolutionary product used to access
the proprietary GIS and CAD data formats. It provides
a wide array of powerful features and also serves
as a browser based framework to display the GIS and
CAD data over the web. The CONNECT imports the graphical
and non-graphical data from commonly used GIS/CAD
products to its spatial database schema. Then it generates
a GML file, which is a geographic version of XML and
has been accepted as a standard by Open GIS Consortium
(http://www.opengis.org) for the Geo Data Exchange.
This GML can be read by CONNECT VIEWER to display
the GIS/CAD data, this viewer can also be engaged
with any of the industry standard browsers and hence
the data can be viewed from anywhere.

# PIQA Email Survey System
PIQA system is an e-mail based system that parses
the customer data in flat ASCII files provided by
the clients and dumps it into the customer database.
PIQA system uses this data to generate personalized
survey e-mails with appropriate survey template and
sends these e-mails to the customers. The system sends
periodic reminders to the customers if they fail to
convey the feedback within a certain period. The quality
control unit collects the customer feedback and returns
it to the PIQA collector process. This process acts
as a listener that parses the customer feedback e-mails
and dumps the feedback data in the database, which
is later delivered to the client. It automatically
sends the e-mails containing formatting errors back
to the quality control unit for correction.

This is a web based e-governance application developed
for an NGO. It facilitates the communication of government
policies between the rural and the urban areas of
India, in Hindi. Swadhikar makes possible for the
people to lodge complaints, send feedbacks, requests,
and make suggestions to the government. This information
is immediately made available to the government and
it can take necessary action swiftly. All these functions
can be handled through the administration module of
the system.
