As per a client’s needs and project
requirements, we offer different service agreements:-
Project Basis:
Under this agreement, we work on a fixed price basis
to design and execute projects that have well defined
specifications and deliverables. A very clear project
plan with important milestones and deliverables are
mutually agreed at beginning and the progress is tracked
against the plan.
Fixed Manmonths Basis:
A dedicated team is put together as per the client’s
requirements. The client is billed on fixed man month
rate for as long as the team is deployed on the project.
This team acts as a virtual extension of client’s
and is fully exclusive for their work.
Actual Man hours/Manmonths Basis:
The size and composition of the project teams in this
arrangement are very flexible and the client is billed
on the basis of actual man hour/man month spent on
a job. This recommended for the projects where the
specifications are not well defined or for development
of products where the specifications or functionality
is expected to evolve as the project progresses.
